Ivana Rincon serves as the Office Manager and Translator for Teamsters Local 773. She joined the Local’s office in December 2017 and has been a proud Teamster member for over 15 years, bringing valuable experience and dedication to both the union and its members.
Professional Experience
Before joining Teamsters Local 773, Ivana worked for the Bethlehem Area School District as a secretary for 14 years. During her time there, she served on the negotiating committee for two union contracts, gaining important experience in labor relations and worker advocacy.

In addition to her union work, Ivana has held her Real Estate License since November 2000 and has been a member of the National Association of Realtors for 19 years. Her diverse professional background reflects her strong commitment to serving her community and helping others.
