Robert Reznick

Rob Reznick is a proud Teamster dedicated to advocating for workers’ rights. He fights every day to ensure fair wages, benefits, job security, as well as a powerful voice on the job for the membership. Prior to becoming an Organizer and Business Agent for the local, he was the President of an Independent union for the better part of 10 years. He believes in the power of solidarity, and works to empower members through education, representation and action.

Rob is a third-generation union member. His activism started early on in September of 2008 as a rank-and-file member at Gardner Cryogenics where he was employed as a welder/fitter. Through the following years he was nominated and elected to the role of Steward, Vice President, President of the Independent Cryogenic Workers Association. In September of 2024 after re-organizing Gardner Cryogenics under the Teamster banner he was appointed as an Organizer/Business Agent for local 773.

After taking on his new role, he has been a part of organizing several groups of workers. In addition to organizing, he also represents a wide variety of both Public and Private sector employees, as well as pipeline and construction Teamsters as a Business Agent. Furthermore, he is a TLU773 delegate for the Lehigh Valley Labor Council. He has attended Lehigh Valley Labor Activist Academy in 2020, and IBT Basis training in 2024. 

Outside of work, Rob sits on several Occupational Advisory Committees at local technical schools for their welding programs. He also volunteers/fosters for Freedom First Dog Rescue, other charitable organizations, and community events within the Lehigh Valley.
