About Rob
Rob Reznick is a proud Teamster dedicated to advocating for workers’ rights and ensuring fair wages, benefits, job security, and a strong voice in the workplace. He believes deeply in the power of solidarity and works every day to empower members through education, representation, and action.
Union Leadership & Education
Before joining Teamsters Local 773 as an Organizer and Business Agent, Rob served as President of an Independent union for nearly 10 years. His union activism began in September 2008 as a rank-and-file member at Gardner Cryogenics, where he worked as a welder/fitter. Over the years, he was elected Steward, Vice President, and President of the Independent Cryogenic Workers Association. In September 2024, after successfully re-organizing Gardner Cryogenics under the Teamsters banner, Rob was appointed as an Organizer and Business Agent for Local 773.
Worker Representation & Organizing
Since stepping into his current role, Rob has been involved in organizing several groups of workers and now represents a wide range of employees across both public and private sectors. His work also includes supporting pipeline and construction Teamsters as a Business Agent. In addition, Rob serves as a Teamsters Local 773 delegate to the Lehigh Valley Labor Council, helping strengthen labor advocacy across the region.
Community Impact
Outside of union work, Rob serves on several Occupational Advisory Committees at local technical schools, supporting welding education and workforce development. He also volunteers and fosters for Freedom First Dog Rescue, while actively contributing to charitable organizations and community events throughout the Lehigh Valley.
Training & Development
Rob completed the Lehigh Valley Labor Activist Academy in 2020 and attended IBT BASIS training in 2024. His continued focus on labor education helps strengthen his ability to advocate for workers and organize effectively.
